What we collect

When you enroll in the FICO® Score Optimization Program, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. During the program you may choose to share credit report information with your advisor so we can prepare your personalized analysis.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the program, communicate with you about your enrollment and results, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the program (for example, Stripe for payments and our email delivery provider), and when required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@myrateadvisor.com.
